I first got in to weight training to help my football aged around 15 and it has been a big part of my life ever since. I didn’t realise it at the time, but the mental wellbeing benefits I was getting from lifting were having as much of an impact as the physical changes. I love training and I love helping people and I now have around 7000 hours of 1-2-1 coaching experience.
In my spare time I love long walks with my dog and I have completed charity events such as running the Brighton Marathon for the mental health charity MIND.
